New Demands
Constantly growing amounts of data, dispersed system architecture, the need to automate processes, and the desire for personalized workstations place new demands on archiving and storage systems in the context of SAP. Above all, this includes the optimization of business processes via workflow, the automatic extraction and booking of documents —from incoming documents to multi-topic ones, the effective information retrieval with the help of modern, interactive file structures, and the integration of useful archiving tools into the role-based workstation of the ERP application. The SAPERION SAP SUITE is the answer to all of these requirements. It features a modular design and can be adapted to the unique requirements of the customer. In addition to the starter pack, SAPERION offers small, medium, and full versions of the suite.
Highest Performance in Competitive Comparison
In a comprehensive load test conducted by SAP AG, SAPERION clearly out-performed the competition in document archiving. In the test, 232,133 documents were archived within one hour from SAP into the DMS. This makes SAPERION more than twice as powerful as its fastest competitor to date in the Windows world. SAP AGs minimum standard—50,000 documents per hour—was exceeded by a factor of four. |
