OpenEDMS is a new generation document management software solution built with Internet technologies starting from the beginning. The system is 100% Java based, supports any platform on the server side, and can be accessed from a simple web browser without any client side installation.
Unlike most traditional electronic document management software solutions, OpenEDMS was designed from the ground up to work smoothly and seamlessly across the Internet, as well as corporate intra- and extranets. The system integrates with Search Engine, Document Workflow Engine, OCR Engine, PDF Converter, Email and PKI technologies.
