saved into Millennium. These controls allow the functionality
of all significant aspects and the advantages of electronic
document management.
Flexible indexing options allow documents to be indexed
by keying in specific information as the document enters
into Millennium, or at a later date. Administrators or users
can simply choose to OCR an imaged document to convert text
for searching. Native documents such as Word, Excel, PDF’s,
emails, etc. automatically get processed though Millennium’s
powerful Indexing Server, which records all data contained
in that document for searching.
