Cypress Knowledge Builder is document search and retrieval software that integrates with the Cypress DocuVault. It enables users to find, view, and use the content contained in any document created in their business, regardless of the source platform or application.
Cypress Knowledge Builder provides a single common interface for searching the contents of any Cypress DocuVault installed in an enterprise, effectively eliminating the need for multiple document archiving systems and search engines.
Document retrieval made easy
You can save time and increase productivity by retrieving individual pages, rather than an entire document, to satisfy a particular query. If its only six pages of a two million page archive you need, you can retrieve them quickly using Cypress Knowledge Builder. What you want is what you get - which means reports can be produced, and decisions made, fast.
Using Cypress Knowledge Builder is similar to using a Web-based search engine or Internet directory. You can also create prepared queries which are easy to implement, but are based on a complex set of search instructions. It is also possible to send more advanced queries to the Cypress DocuVault repository.
