Archive Plus is an automated information management system that has been designed to provide simultaneous and concurrent archiving and retrieval of any document of interest including images. Archive Plus can be interfaced to any existing archiving source using FTP sites, imaging workstations, digital cameras, TCP/IP connections, or even network printer connections.
Interfacing to new sources is unbelievably quick and cost effective. Retrieving data takes only seconds when you use any one or a combination of methods including user defined high-speed lookup keys, date and time, text strings, wildcarding, fuzzy and Boolean logic. In addition to the search capabilities, other standard features include the ability to archive from multiple host systems, government class C2 compliant security, cataloguing, selective print, annotation, and temporary document storage. Archive Plus lets you retrieve both COLD and scanned documents using one simple search function. Multiple formats can be stored including ASCII, Video, Audio, PDF, PostScript, and Binary. Storage media is OD, CD and RAID. |
