Employing predefined templates, users can scan or create new
letters, spreadsheets, etc., which automatically route to
the proper folder for retrieval. Import and automatically
index pre-existing files.
Multiple Organization And Indexing Schemes
Each organization or department can use its own indexing
schemes. Claims departments can index by claim number, loss
date etc., whereas the Policy group may index by policy
number, effective date, etc.
Search Flexibility
Search panels automatically configure themselves by information
type retrieved. For example, the Claims department can search
on claim numbers or loss dates, while the Policy department
can search using policy numbers and effective dates or anything
placed on the index panel.
File Cabinet/Folder Metaphor
Using an Explorer-like user interface, organize documents
to any folder level where drag-and-drop techniques move
objects around. Drag objects from Windows Explorer into
selected folders for automatic importing.
