Accolade Document Routing and Approval
|
Accolades Document Routing and Approval module provides organizations the capability to create and maintain electronic records in ways that enable compliance with 21 CFR Part 11.You can configure your development process to incorporate routing and approval for specific deliverables, enabling greater accountability for information created in the development process.
Document reviewers can approve them by adding electronic signatures, which speeds the regulatory compliance process and reduces time in development. The system may also be configured to prevent deletion of prior versions of certain deliverables and require their completion during a project. Using the Document Routing and Approval module, product development team members can finally leverage current technologies to speed their development process, while maintaining regulatory compliance.
To facilitate compliance with FDA regulations for CFR 21 Part 11, deliverables within the stages of your process model can be configured for serial or parallel routing including whether or not electronic signatures are required for the document. |
