Prizm image processing functions allow you to quickly deploy Windows applications which improve the quality and legibility of your TIFF and JPEG document images, reduce file size and improve OCR read rates. Prizm IP also contains exceptional template-based forms processing capabilities - allowing you to manage thousands of templates and add new templates on-the-fly.
Prizm grayscale and color image processing technology harnesses valuable information from scanned color document images to deskew, remove borders, drop and extract multiple colors, use color to sort and index and support grayscale and color forms identification, registration and extraction.
Add Prizm bitonal image processing technology, previously found only in the ScanFix toolkits, and you have a global imaging solution, offering fast and powerful image cleanup, forms identification and registration, across the most common raster document image file types. Prizm IP can process as many as 400-700 document images a minute (2.4 Ghz processor, 512 MB RAM) when deskewing, cropping or performing noise or line removal. |
