echive Organizer is the database component of the echive Series of document management solutions. It incorporates all files, including scanned documents, drawings, office, CAD, pdf, Web and more, into a managed database.

First, it quickly captures property field data from your documents and assigns it into customizable fields. This allows the files to be organized into a standard tree structure that is sortable by property fields. It also prepares the database for traditional SQL functionality.

Organizer then goes a step further and indexes the full content of all documents. This text extraction technology guarantees full text search capability in CAD, existing office files, Web, PDF and scanned documents. These databases are publishable to CD/DVD media and to the Web.
