DocuLex fulfills the desire for a simple yet productive means of converting paper documents to searchable electronic files along with a secure easy method for retrieval and printing. The electronic files may be easily located by searching document-specific descriptions or a combination of key words contained in the document. Files may be stored in standard Microsoft folders, on any storage media, with names that are meaningful to your filing process along with image file names that accurately describe the scanned document.

Search manages security and retrieval of indexed and stored electronic files housed locally on a network or remote file server with access to the internet. Files are promptly available, presented by key values such as number, name, date, document type or other custom fields. Information can also be identified and retrieved using full text content searching. Search provides your choice of Windows, Web-based browser or published on removable media DocuLex Search is the electronic document search and retrieval component accompanying the document imaging, content indexing and PDF format conversion programs, Professional, Office and Goby Capture.
