Describe project tasks in terms of necessary competences. Describe resources in terms of acquired competences.
When task and resource descriptions have been completed, assign constraints and uncertain coefficients to them (variable efficiency of resources, illnesses, holidays...), whatever their number, through a single click interface.

At the same time, define specific and complex task dependencies.

At the end, just click on the "Schedule" button and let the software program calculate a schedule taking account of all this data.
